*Everything is included into our prices (tax, usage, clean-up and wifi). To be able to maintain this regulation, we ask you not to use energy costs such as fuel oil, wood and electricity in an abusive and energy-conscious manner.

• Free baby cots and child seats available
• Dimensions of beds:
double beds: 180 x 200 cm
single beds: 90 x 200 cm
All beds are equipped with duvet, pillow and extra blanket.
• To bring your own: fitted sheets (mandatory), duvet covers, pillowcases, bath and kitchen linen
• Dogs: allowed on request (€ 15 per dog / stay – max 2 dogs allowed).
If not stated when booked, € 25 / dog will be deducted from the deposit.
• As stated in the booking confirmation, cleaning is included, but in order to keep this we ask you to leave the gîte “brush clean”.
NOT included: cleaning kitchen crockery, fireplace and BBQ.
• Parties/meetings are not allowed
Because you are in a quiet village and there are fellow tenants, we want to keep the silence from 23:00 to 08:00
